Welcome to the National Pan Hellenic Council web site for the Upstate Counties of South Carolina, which includes the Greater Greenville (SC) Area. Our council is often referred to as the "PAN council". This site is intended to give members and the public a brief overview of the local member chapters of the Council.

Who are we?

Nationally, we are the nine nationally recognized predominantly-Black Greek-Letter Organizations (BGLO's), both fraternities and sororities. Locally, the council is made up of ten Chapters in the Upstate of South Carolina. This council is affiliated with the National Pan Hellenic Council ( 

When do we meet?

For face-to-face meetings, we meet on the fourth Monday of every month at the Greenville County Library, Greenville, SC at 6:30 PM. We have alternate dates we meet via a Conference call. Please confirm this month's meeting location on our calendar.
