ΑΦΑ - ΓΓΛ will hold its Ninth RWA Golf Tournament on June 9th

Furman University, Greenville, South Carolina - The Gamma Gamma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. will be sponsoring its Ninth annual Robert W. Anderson Golf Tournament on Saturday, June 9, 2012 at the Furman University Golf Course, in Greenville, South Carolina. There will be Pre-Registration Social at Club 100 from 6 PM to 8 PM on Friday June 8th.

Registration will start at 9:30 AM, and there will be a Shotgun Tee Time: 11:30 AM. Registration includes box lunch, green fees, cart and and range balls. Cash Prizes for first, second, third place in two flights with two "closest to the pin" contests and optional skin contest ($10 per player).

Players can download an Event Registration Form included with this posting (below) or obtain one from any Brother of Gamma Gamma Lambda Chapter.

Proceeds for the tournament are used to support Luke H. Chatman Scholarship. The Chapter has for more 34 years coordinated and given the Luke H. Chatman Memorial Scholarship. This year, the chapter awarded one $3,000 scholarship, and to date has given more than $59,000 in scholarships to worthy local high school students.
