Annual Day of Fellowship to promote Greek Awareness in 2013

Local NPHC Greek members should wear their Greek lapel pins on February 24th

Greenville, SC- The National Pan Hellenic Council (NPHC) of Greater Greenville is again promoting Greek Awareness in Upstate Greenville with its annual “A Day of Fellowship” on February 24, 2013.

The Council is asking Greek members to wear their Greek fraternity Lapel pins to their local Church services on Sunday, February 24th, and make an announcement in the services about the Council and nine local chapters which make up the Council in the Greenville Area.

Fellowship Meal at Liberty Tap Room:

After their services, Greek members and their families can fellowship at Liberty Tap Room, 941 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601 starting at 1 PM. Greeks and the families can RSVP to the gathering at NPHC-Greenville.eventbrite.com by February 20, 2013.

The National Pan Hellenic Council (www.nphc.org) is a national organization made up of the nine predominately African-American Greek organizations for College men and women. The NPHC of Greater Greenville (www.upstatescpan.org ) is made up of eight local chapters of those nine organizations which include the following active members: Gamma Gamma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; Eta Tau Omega and Pi Zeta Omega Chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.; the Greenville Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.; the Greenville Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.; Mu Pi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.; Alpha Lambda Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.; Eta Sigma Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., and Epsilon Iota Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
